Aerotek Metal Finisher in Farmers Branch, Texas

Metal Finisher, 1st Shift/$20/hr

Job Description

As a Metal Finisher, you will be responsible for buffing, polishing, and ensuring a class A finish on top of the line products. Your duties will include buffing and polishing piece parts to remove defects from the manufacturing process, utilizing pneumatic and electric powered hand tools, inspecting piece parts for factory blemishes, ensuring production metrics are met, and performing other duties as assigned.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Farmers Branch, Texas.

Work Environment

This role requires the ability to stand, walk, and use hands extensively. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
