The Cutting Press Operator will be responsible for operating cutting press machinery to produce high-quality perfume samples and packaging components. Responsibilities
Operate and maintain cutting press machines to cut materials for perfume samples and packaging components.
Set up cutting dies, adjust press settings, and ensure that materials are cut accurately according to design specifications.
Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Perform routine maintenance on cutting press equipment, identifying and resolving mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure seamless workflow and meet production targets.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Monitor materials and supplies, reporting shortages or issues to supervisors for timely replenishment.
Assist in troubleshooting and adjusting equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance.
