Express Employment Professionals-Farmingdale, NY is looking for Electrical Technicians for our facility in Farmingdale, NY. Electrical Technicians conducts machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for general building repair and maintenance Responsible for production machinery repair and maintenance in an active Pharm+aceutical production environment Troubleshoot Boilers, DI water systems, air compressors and dust collection systems Provide maintenance support for Tableting, Encapsulation, Film Coating, Pellet Coating, Sugar Coating, Printing, Pharmacy, Blending and Packaging Departments Conduct ongoing troubleshooting of machinery and systems Modify and install new equipment and Engineering upgrades to existing equipment Basic electrical troubleshooting skills including power distribution and basics circuits troubleshooting Perform monthly Preventative Maintenance on equipment in compliance with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service Perform weekly bag house clean and change Basic understanding of cGMP compliance Skills Required:
Technical training in electronic systems, pneumatic systems, HVAC, high pressure boilers Must be able to effectively communicate in English Must be able to function in an environment where dust and loose air particles are present Benefits:
