Our client is seeking a manufacturing production manager to join their team and manage the metal fabrication department. This is a great opportunity offering benefits, 401k, competitve pay and more! Responsibilities
Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams in metal fabrication shop
Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel while planning the work flow ensuring on time and quality products
Manage shop work flows, including priority setting
Approve Fabrication Drawings and ensure proper raw materials for jobs
Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Previous experience in production, manufacturing specifically in metal fabrication
Knowledge of production tools and equipment including CNC and waterjet
The essential functions of this role include:
- working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
