Responsibilities
Perform soldering and assembly of electronic components according to specifications and work instructions.
Operate soldering equipment and hand tools with precision and accuracy.
Inspect soldered joints and assemblies to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Identify and troubleshoot soldering defects and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve soldering processes.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and update documentation as required.
Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
