Account Reconciliation Processing Operations Analyst II The Account Reconciliation Processing (ARP) Operations Analyst will be responsible for working independently and will scrub a high volume of daily paid exceptions and research exceptions. Will communicate and work with treasury representatives, update and create procedures as needed. Act as a resource to Accounts Reconcilement Payment members as well as answer customer inquiries and monitor unit reporting. Has a drive for results, strong business acumen and excels at prioritizing and managing a heavy work load. Position Responsibilities: * Perform task related to Positive Pay Processing. * Reconcile difficult accounts monthly. * Understand customer input/output client files. * Perform analysis, troubleshoots and proficient in ARP job types. * Contributes to completion of team workload. * Leads smaller initiatives or projects.\ * Presents creative recommendations for enhancements/changes to current processes. * Works closely with PSG on system enhancements and upgrades. * Communicates effectively and professionally, both written and verbal with staff, management, and customers. * Works with team to meet all assigned deadlines, service level agreements and Key Performance Measurements.
