Will have to float/work at Canandaigua, Newark and Farmington Urgent Care Centers.FULL TIME: Day/Eve/Weekends/Holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Give direct patient care
Prepare patient for evaluations and procedures
Assists the provider with physical examinations
Administer medications and immunizations
Conducts drug and alcohol testing
Qualifications:
Valid NYS license as a LPN
Three years of recent nursing experience required
BLS certification required
Ambulatory nursing, emergency medicine or employee health experience preferred
Computer knowledge and data entry experience
Pay Range: $21.75-30.00/hour
Starting Pay: Based on experience
