Description We are seeking a Technical Engineer to join our team in Farmington, Utah. This role is pivotal in improving and maintaining health information systems for skilled nursing facilities, ensuring data security and compliance, and facilitating remote healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Implementing and maintaining healthcare information systems to cater to the diverse needs of skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to understand workflow requirements and improve the effectiveness of IT systems in a healthcare environment.
• Implementing stringent security measures to safeguard sensitive patient data, in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Regularly conducting security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and take corrective action.
• Staying updated with evolving compliance standards and adjusting IT systems and processes to maintain adherence.
• Enabling and optimizing telehealth solutions to support remote healthcare delivery.
• Implementing secure communication platforms and telemedicine technologies to facilitate virtual consultations and remote patient monitoring.
• Ensuring that IT infrastructure supports the secure and compliant exchange of healthcare information, enhancing accessibility for both healthcare providers and patients.
• Utilizing skills in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Microsoft, and Microsoft Azure to perform job functions. Requirements • Must possess at least 5 years of experience as a Technical Engineer
• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is essential
• Knowledge of Citrix Technologies is required
• Experience with Cloud Technologies is necessary
• Familiarity with Active Directory is important
• Must have skills in Computer Hardware
• Experience with Microsoft and Microsoft Azure is crucial
• Eligibility to work in the respective country
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Proven record of managing multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines
