In this fast-moving position, you are responsible for providing sales/technical support to an allocated market, acting as a central coordinator supporting the smooth transition of orders through the business. This key role, which is now open, is vital in maintaining our satisfaction and credibility with customers.

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the processing and compilation of machine orders.

• Communicate directly with customers, field sales teams, distributors and internal functions to ensure the completion of customer orders and resolution of application/delivery issues.

• Assessing the details of products sold to ensure they are fit for purpose and are correctly specified. Ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and following Loma strategy.

• Entry of order details in IT ERP systems and creation of written acknowledgment of orders for customers.

• Participate in projects that deliver on-going improvements to Loma processes.

• Support inter-departmental team working. Liaising with procurement, engineering and manufacturing facilities as and where required.

• Conduct customer visits both PDI & FAT in support of the sales team as and when required.

• Conduct and assist with product testing to validate application details against order requirements.

Essential Requirements:

• Very good attention to detail and able to resolve administrative discrepancies.

• Demonstrable experience working in a Customer Service / Sales environment (preferably in a manufacturing or service environment).

• College or equivalent education experience in a technical subject.

• Good I.T. skills in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and other IT systems.
