Overview This is a working position, so a belt, tools, and experience is required. We are seeking a Lead Carpenter / Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects and manage a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong trade skills background in residential construction and remodeling, framing, finish carpentry, flooring installation, windows and door installation, vinyl and hardie board siding installation, painting, light plumbing, light electrical, general renovations, and proficiency with hand and power tools. Job description This lead carpenter / project manager will be highly skilled and will have achieved a level of expertise and experience in the trade that goes beyond that of a typical carpenter. There is no single definition of what constitutes a lead carpenter, but the term generally refers to someone who has demonstrated a high degree of proficiency in carpentry and has a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the trade. MUST HAVE VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE! THREE WORK REFERENCES REQUIRED WITH CONTACT INFO TO VERIFY EXPERIENCE!. Top pay for this position is $25 per hour after probationary period.
