Job Description
Thermo Fisher Scientific, Pharma Service, plant in Ferentino is an outstanding contract manufacturing facility, specialized in aseptic injectable drugs. Joining more than 1100 colleagues on site, the selected candidate will experience an exiting and fast-growing environment.
Specifically, the Manager, Business Management will carry out the following duties:
Understand business and technical requirements of clients, to identify and to offer the best solution to our customers and business.
Following the direction of the CEM global leadership, coordinate the CAS champions team at DPS to put in place all the actions to align on customer indications and to expand the customer culture in all the site departments.
Coordinate the BM team to handle the business relationship with all DPS customers.
Support the PDS Site Leader running the commercial business at the PDS department to meet customer expectations.
Support efforts to meet the site objectives, in particular: Business Expansions, New Business sales wins, Expand Services that can be offered to customers.
Actively participate and lead business relationship and contractual discussion supporting the sales and global leadership teams to build opportunities for new business and business expansion.
Together with the site functions work on projects master plan connected to the site strategic plan.
Working find opportunity of improvements in all areas with specific focus on cost reduction and updating the site Cost Book.
Support the activities of technology transfer team operating to find alignment between TT/BM teams and the other site functions.
Handling directly or in support to the distributed team the critical discussion with Strategic and key customers.
Acting as the main point of contact, you will ensure the effective and efficient management of a customer account, guarantee an accurate understanding of customer requirements in terms of encouraged dates and costs also ensure that during the lifecycle of product everything is done within MSA and agreement requirements with clients.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical/chemical Industry and CMO manufacturing processes.
Experience in account management and in a customer-facing role.
Excellent analytical and relationships skills at all levels.
Proven experience leading teams (People manager).
Proficient English (speaking, reading, writing) and Italian.
Ability to work well independently and in a team-based environment, as well as in a matrix organization.
