Heres What Youll Get To Do

- - Provides leadership and coaching as needed to develop and maintain Oldcastle BuildingEnvelopes virtues of Safety, Integrity, Performance Culture, Teamwork, Customer Centricity, and Agility in Production.

- - Professionally and promptly handle any customer and employee issues.

- - Document all discipline.

- - The position entitles you to issue verbal and written warnings. Suspensions and terminations must be approved by the Production Manager

- - Participate in - - 90-day reviews

- - Annual reviews - - Recommendation of merit increases based on employees skill level.

- - Provide consistent feedback to employees on their performance both positive and critical evaluations.

- - Drive a safe working environment for production employees while maintaining safety guidelines.

- - Work with Shipping/CSR to create a Production schedule that drives on time performance.

- - Drive positive change in all aspects of Production operations using continuous improvement tools and methodologies, teamwork, and shop floor metrics, including quality, cost, delivery, safety, and housekeeping.

- - Driver for quality and job training in Production on the shop floor.

- - Ensure Production employees follow operation standards, working practices, and HR guidelines.

- - Responsible for tracking and reporting metrics such as Late, Back Orders and Quality issues.

Heres What Were Looking For

- - 6-8 years of Production/Fabrication/Assembly/CNC

- - Understanding of Custom hardware and able to read templates.

- - Strong PC (computer) skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- - Demonstrated problem-solving ability, self-motivation, and determination to meet set goals.

- - Must be an effective communicator with logical, organized verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills, including employee relations.

Physical Requirements

- - Be able to lift 75 lbs unassisted or up to 150 lbs in a team lift.

- - Ability to work safely in a production environment.

- - Ability to work in hot/cold environments in a warehouse-type settings.
