Visit us at: www.OdysseyLogistics.com/careers About the Job: The position of Pricing Coordinator will have primary responsibility for the oversight of the daily pricing processes and perform pricing entries in accordance with established Company policies and procedures. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday Shift hours 8:30am - 5:00pm. In This Role, You Will: Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word, Windows. TruckMate experience preferred. Research and validate price discrepancies and disputes Process all manual instructions received from Pricing Supervisor in accordance with the applicable procedures Execute all rate quotes in a timely and accurate manner Process incoming instructions by any accepted means of communication Return any instructions that cannot be rated to the appropriate party for clarification Receive, investigate and answer emails/queries from internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner Contribute to the creation and maintenance of procedures and process improvements Engage in internal projects and testing as required. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or minimum of four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of ocean industry information preferred but not required. Must have strong mathematical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Requires a high level of attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills for prioritizing workloads and maintaining proper documentation. Must be able to follow directions given and provide outstanding customer service. Must be able to work independently. Mathematical ability including multiple computations to arrive at pricing which meets percentage profit targets. Appropriately compute cost/pricing factors based on customer product, mode of transport, fees, and handling. Appropriately add and compute fees, time zone and schedule computations. Perform weight and measure conversions as well as financial conversions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ab
