Robert Half Leasing Administrator in Flemington, New Jersey

Description

We are in search of a Leasing Administrator to join our client's team based in the Flemington, New Jersey area. This role involves managing commercial leasing operations, maintaining accurate records, and interacting with higher management to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial leasing operations, ensuring that all processes are carried out effectively and efficiently.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of contracts to identify potential errors or clauses that need revision.

• Conduct thorough research when necessary to aid in decision-making and problem-solving.

• Interact with Vice Presidents and other higher management, taking detailed notes and making necessary edits to documents and contracts.

• Handle a large volume of paperwork, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Manage and monitor over 1000 commercial properties, ensuring all are properly maintained and accounted for.

• Participate in the acquisition and development of properties, providing insights and recommendations when necessary.

• Facilitate the renewal of leases, handling approximately 75% of all renewals.

• Collaborate with a team of professionals, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

• Use skills in Leasing Consultation and Leave Administration to perform duties effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.

• 4+ years of relevant experience.

• Certified Paralegal preferred/Real Estate License is a plus.

• Possess a strong understanding of leasing consultant duties and responsibilities.

• Experience in leave administration, preferably in the real estate sector.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with tenants.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle tenant complaints efficiently.

• Must possess a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of local property leasing and real estate laws.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service.

• Familiarity with property management software would be beneficial.
