The construction superintendent oversees all phases of the project from initial planning to completion. They are responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety. Additionally, they are responsible for the day to day operations and scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion. He oversees not only the subcontractor trades, but the self-performed trades as well. The construction superintendent is also responsible for communicating with the project manager, architect/engineer, and owner insuring that all parameters of the job are met or exceeded.

Experience Required:

· 3-5 years of Superintendent experience on relevant commercial projects

· Ability to use project management software and applications

· Communicating with owners and trades

· Works with MS Office Suite of software

· Professional appearance and in person communication skills

· Ability to manage people through schedule based conflict

· Ability to correct behavior from Sub-Contractors and Siwek Employees in a professional manner

Responsibilities Include:

· Managing between 10 and 30 Direct Reports

· Managing Job foreman for multiple Sub Contractors

· Maintaining and Communicating Schedule and Progress on a weekly basis

Salary: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
