Description We are seeking a Credit Clerk to join our team in Florence, Arizona. This role is primarily focused on managing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving credit inquiries. The Credit Clerk will also monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. This role is a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records

• Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly

• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Utilize accounting software systems to track and manage customer accounts

• Perform accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Conduct bank reconciliations as necessary

• Use Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel and Outlook, to manage and report on account status

• Perform billing functions as required. Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel

• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suites

• Able to use Microsoft Outlook effectively

• Knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Experience handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to conduct Bank Reconciliations

• Experience with Billing Functions
