Adecco US, Inc. Production Operator in Florence, South Carolina
Olsten staffing is assisting a leading food manufacturing company in the Florence SC area in the search for an experienced and eager Production Operator . This Production Operator must be skilled with a minimum of 4 years' experience working in an industrial setting. Strongly prefer someone with a food industrial background.
Hours:
3PM-2AM
Pay rate:
$18.40-$ 19.40
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize production interruptions.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role.
Proficient in operating and maintaining production machinery.
Strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce safety standards.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Pay Details: $18.40 to $19.40 per hour
