Adecco US, Inc. Shared Services Operations Specialist in Florence, South Carolina
Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for a Shared Services Operations Specialist located in Florence, South Carolina.
Onsite Position 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with Overtime
Pay $15.00 Hourly
Responsibilities Include:
Follow standard procedural guidelines for performing tasks.
Responsible for performing: Logging checks, processing checks, processing documents, working CLEAR queues.
Placing outbound calls to insurance carriers as well as receiving inbound calls from insurance carriers.
Provides assistance and back up as needed to meet client requirements and SLA's.
Qualifications:
Works under immediate supervision.
Initially works in a multiple client/functional environment.
Research items received via faxes, reports, tasks correspondence, and refund/return checks.
Makes appropriate telephone calls to resolve issue.
Follows client's standard policies and procedures.
Work's efficiently in client and company proprietary applications.
Meets behavioral expectations: attendance, teamwork, and organizational contributions.
Must have PREVIOUS BANKING EXPERIENCE

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
