Ensures platform configuration and readiness to support a client through their annual enrollment set up processes. This includes all project activities involved in coordinating ADP resources as necessary and ensuring that all necessary ADP-specific tasks are accomplished on time and as required. The Specialist is responsible for all "hands-on" configuration and related activities for the benefits portal administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze Insurance documents to build group benefit portals and conduct a training/welcome call with new clients for a successful onboarding.
You'll help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our Insurance product with ease through your expertise, test plan, and relationship-building.
To deliver a comprehensive ADPIA solution, you will consult with clients and analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
Lead workflows and determine procedures for the group as appropriate
Provide consultation and help answer non-technical questions supporting less-experienced specialists on the team
Mentor and lead less-experienced specialists on the team
Learn and navigate ADP systems in order to resolve issue
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Must have or receive Life & Health insurance producers license, maintain all required insurance licenses and complete required appropriate continuing education courses.
3+ years of previous experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
1-3 years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred
Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
Ability to demonstrate learning agility
Ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
Organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner
Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:
