Where the Chemistry Happens...

The Marketing Manager for I&I (Industrial & Institutional cleaning) and HSC (Hard Surface Cleaning) will be responsible for developing and executing segment marketing strategies, driving account-based marketing initiatives, leading innovation projects, and generating new opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will leverage data-driven market insights, value-based marketing, and cross-functional collaboration to drive success in these critical segments.

As a Marketing and New Business Development Manager, you create chemistry by...

  • Segment Marketing: Developing and executing comprehensive segment marketing strategies for the industrial, institutional, and home care hard surface cleaning markets. Identifying key customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities to drive market penetration and revenue growth.

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Implementing ABM initiatives targeting key customers within the I&I and HSC segments. Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs, and developing tailored marketing campaigns.

  • Innovation and Reformulation Projects: Leading select innovation and reformulation projects from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop new products or solutions and improve existing offerings for the industrial, institutional, and home care hard surface cleaning markets. Utilizing market insights, customer feedback, and technology advancements to drive product innovation, enhance performance, and meet evolving customer needs. Tracking post-launch success and driving continuous improvement efforts to ensure ongoing market relevance and competitiveness.

  • Delivering market and consumer Insights: Utilizing data-driven analytics and market research to gain deep insights into market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics. Translating insights into actionable strategies to drive growth and market leadership.

  • Value Pricing and Value Creation: Developing value-based pricing strategies and value proposition messaging to communicate the benefits of our products and solutions to customers. Identifying opportunities for value creation and differentiation in the marketplace.

  • New Opportunity Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the I&I and HSC segments. Collaborating with sales, technical service, and other cross-functional teams to capitalize on emerging market trends and customer needs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working collaboratively across the organization to align marketing efforts with sales, R&D, technical service, product management, and other key functions. Driving cross-functional initiatives to support the growth objectives of the I&I and HSC segments.

If you have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a technical field required; MBA or PhD preferred.

  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the industrial, institutional, or home care cleaning industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and seizing new opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
