What you will do

As the Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Reporting where you will support a transformative program focused on optimizing the Finance function to support business growth and functional scalability.

  • Validation and reconciliation of financial data across multiple financial reporting systems.

  • Conduct planning and reporting processes and be responsible for improvements when necessary.

  • Prepare budget and planning baselines and be able to detect the validity using analysis and knowledge of the local businesses being supported.

  • Ensure adherence to standardized processes and data governance principles.

  • Meet or exceed commitments in alignment with service level agreements.

  • Help build and implement key capabilities in financial planning & reporting.

What you need

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a closely related field, plus a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, financial reporting/systems, or accounting.

  • OR Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), accounting, finance, strategy, economics, or a closely related field (no professional experience required).

Position is located in Flower Mound, TX and candidates must be willing to be in person at that location 2 days a week. Remote work allowed on other days.
