A client of ours has a dire need for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to govern over financial statement preparation, clerical staff, full cycle A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and cash flow. What you get to do every single day:
Accounts Payable
Assemble monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
Accomplished in credit card management and reconciliation
Administer monthly accounting close
Prepare cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.
Regulate Accounts Receivable
Extra unique tasks if required Requirements - Dynamic accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper
Proficiency in Administrative experience
Expertise in Automated Payroll
Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills
5+ years of related experience- Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
