Our client, a leader in HVAC services, is seeking an HVAC Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an HVAC Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Administrative Assistant

Location: Folsom, CA

Pay Range: $18.60 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Review expired quotes within an existing database to determine necessary actions.

  • Correspond with quote owners to confirm the validity of quotes.

  • Refresh quote pricing and submit for approvals.

  • Send quotes directly to customers or to the responsible internal personnel.

  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-ups on quotes.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma.

  • Proficient with Excel and Outlook.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
