Job Summary:

The Milk Marketing Team is seeking an outgoing current college student to support our team for the summer of 2025. During this internship, the student will assist our Bilingual Trainer with the development of training materials, support training sessions, and craft interactive learning experiences for employees on our elite group of producer dairies. Responsibilities include translating protocols, assessing training effectiveness, administrative tasks, and customizing training to meet Producer Dairy needs. Ideal for a bilingual individual passionate about educational development and wanting to grow their own skills in self management, adaptability, agility, collaboration, and customer focus.

What you need to be considered for the role:

  • College level student working towards an Associates degree in Dairy Science, Animal Science, Agricultural Business, Agricultural Education or other related field required.

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for agriculture and education.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel.

  • Must hold a valid Driver's License.

Preferred:

  • College level student working towards an Bachelors degree in Dairy Science, Animal Science, Agricultural Business, Agricultural Education or other related field preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of dairy farm operations is a plus.
