Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Sales Support Agent in Fond Du Lac, WI!
Pay rate: $ 20.50/hr
Shift availability: Mon - Fri, 730a - 430p
Length: Three (3) months with possibility of extension

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:
Provide customer support in all areas of products/ordering to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Follow processes and procedures
Document call details
Work closely within the team and with other departments
Participation in departmental and/or company projects, including testing
Perform all other departmental-related duties as assigned or requested
Enter orders
Education/Certification Requirements:
- High School Diploma
Experience requirements:
2+ years of customer service/support agent experience
Call center experience in sales required
B2B experience is a plus
Tech savvy
Good troubleshooting skills
Ability to handle 40+ calls daily
Strong communication skills
Note:
This role is an onsite role, must live in/near Fond Du Lac, WI!
Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
