Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Sales Support Agent in Fond Du Lac, WI!

Pay rate: $ 20.50/hr

Shift availability: Mon - Fri, 730a - 430p

Length: Three (3) months with possibility of extension

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

  • Provide customer support in all areas of products/ordering to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner

  • Follow processes and procedures

  • Document call details

  • Work closely within the team and with other departments

  • Participation in departmental and/or company projects, including testing

  • Perform all other departmental-related duties as assigned or requested

  • Enter orders

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

Experience requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service/support agent experience

  • Call center experience in sales required

  • B2B experience is a plus

  • Tech savvy

  • Good troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to handle 40+ calls daily

  • Strong communication skills

Note:

This role is an onsite role, must live in/near Fond Du Lac, WI!

Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
