Adecco US, Inc. HR Coordinator in Foothill Ranch, California

Adecco is looking for candidates for an Human Resources Coordinator at Oakley. This is a 3-month temporary assignment opportunity that will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable Human Resource experience.

The main function of the HR Specialist will be to greet and assist associates with general inquiries such as:

  • Printing paycheck stubs

  • Payroll discrepancies

  • Benefits

  • Leaves

  • VOE

The HR Coordinator will also assist with Conversions by:

  • Helping associates through conversion process

  • Application

  • Schedule drug tests

  • Backgrounds

  • Onboarding

Other duties and responsibilities include:

  • Support any terminations – prep term packet, submit final pay info

  • Prep new hire packets, set up for orientation

  • Support employee questions and enrollment into benefits, for annual open enrollment and new hire enrollment

  • Provide support during the performance management process for hourly employees. Including tracking of reviews, follow up with managers when needed, answer questions

  • Engagement survey – roll out for hourly with paper forms, enter data from paper forms

  • Perform floor walks

  • Ad hoc research – Toll road/commuter benefits, van pool, promoting carpooling

  • Event support

  • ER intakes – understanding the basics of what the concern is, who are the involved parties

  • Support preventing harassment training – tracking who has completed, following up with folks that are delinquent

  • Support compliance tasks – ensuring current posters are updated, I9 audit, etc.

Basic Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bilingual in Spanish

  • Degree in a related field preferred not required

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
