The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules are met with high quality and efficiency. responsibilities:
Team Management:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
Provide training and guidance to team members.
Conduct performance evaluations and address employee concerns.
Production Planning and Coordination:
Schedule production activities and manage workflow to meet production targets.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Implement and monitor quality control measures.
Address and resolve quality issues promptly.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Utilize lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Prepare and present production performance reports to management.
Ensure proper documentation of production activities and processes.
