Job Description
The Preventative Maintenance Technician will ensure operational integrity of various production related equipment including but not limited to blow mold machinery, fillers, labelers, packaging machines, palletizing equipment and all other associated equipment in a high speed vertically integrated bottling facility. The individual will perform all preventative maintenance per CMMS system and repair any breakdown of equipment. The equipment has components of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical process that will require knowledge in all components. A strong electrical troubleshooting background is preferred.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Prioritize and perform preventative maintenance using CMMS system.
-Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to inspect equipment to prevent machine downtime due to equipment failure
-Ability to work with minimal supervision.
-Follow all sanitation and hygiene standards and keep the work area clean.
-Conform to safety standards and company lockout/tagout procedure.
-Ability to organize and maintain parts supply stock.
-Ability to study manufacturers supplied equipment documentation and accordingly perform maintenance.
Qualifications/Experience:
-Experience in Industrial Maintenance, preferably in a food manufacturing environment working with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical components.
-Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
-Prior experience in use of CMMS system and work order management.
-Have the ability to work with minimal supervision
-Experience in operation of maintenance power tools.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
