Are you an organized, bilingual professional looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced office environment? We are currently seeking a bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team in Davie, FL! This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills in data entry, communication, and office support, all while working in a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and updates in company databases.

  • Respond to emails in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and professional communication.

  • Maintain organized and efficient filing systems, both physical and digital.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

  • Proven experience with data entry and administrative tasks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
