Responsibilities:
Responsible in loading and unloading CNC mills / lathes and checks parts to blue prints and quality
standards in addition to drilling, tapping and deburring.
Monitor machine during machining process
Conduct quality checks periodically.
Other assigned tasks by management.
Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED, Trade school preferred
Minimum 1 year experience working with CNC machines
Good communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
Experience using measuring instruments
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Good mathematical skills.
Ability to read and interpret complex blue prints and visualize part processing.
Ability to cross-train and work in other areas.
Fine motor skills for the operation of tools and equipment
Regularly required to stand or sit, and move about the facility.
