Client Communication: o Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients seeking information about services. o Provide clear and accurate information regarding mental health programs, services, and resources. 2. Appointment Scheduling: o Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient transportation o Ensure that clients receive reminders about upcoming appointments. 3. Support and Guidance: o Offer empathetic support to clients, addressing their concerns and questions with care. o Assist clients in navigating the mental health system and accessing appropriate services. 4. Billing and Insurance Assistance: o Assist clients in understanding their billing statements and resolving any related issues. 5. Crisis Management: o Recognize signs of crisis and respond appropriately, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. o Escalate urgent matters to appropriate clinical staff as needed. 6. Collaboration: o Work closely with billing area and mental health professionals to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery. 7. Feedback Collection: o Gather client feedback on services received to enhance quality and satisfaction. o Report trends or concerns to management for ongoing improvement. 8. Training and Development: o Stay informed about mental health services and community resources to provide accurate information.
