job summary:
Tatum was recently engaged by a long-term client to solve the problem of a departing CFO. This is a $100MM, Publicly-Traded company seeking both technical and operational support from a seasoned CFO. This client operates within the D2C space and is located in Ft Lauderdale, FL.

responsibilities:
Role
Lead the emerging Corporate Finance & Accounting (F&A) team
Work closely with with F&A Function to lead target acquisitions & Integrations
Closely manage reporting cycles & GAAP Financials
Lead SEC Filing Creation/Review - 10q/10k/s1/s3, etc..
Ensure the accurate consolidation of the operating entities
IFRS/International accounting experience preferred
Evaluate the reasons for each operating entity and identify opportunities to reduce the number, all things considered.
In-office, local resource is strongly preferred (Regional travel via Tatum available)
qualifications:
Profile of the Best Fit Tatum Resource
CPA or equivalent; current on GAAP
Experience as a CFO in similar size, international companies; Public company experience required
Proficient in the delivery of accurate, timely financial information to multiple stakeholders
Hands-on leader and effective communicator with multiple stakeholders and with a boardroom presence.
Comfortable working in an interim capacity in a high pressure, deadline driven environment.
Advanced Excel Reports - Custom
skills: $50-100 million
