Insight Global Marketing Communications Manager in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Job Description

A partner of Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join their team in the Sunrise, FL area. This candidate should be a creative, proactive and outside the box thinker who is passionate about community engagement and brand awareness. They will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies, branding programs, and community outreach for the organization. The role supports Senior Leadership, Regional Directors, Area Directors, and store management while communicating and implementing the companys strategy. The role has direct oversight of all internal and external communications, including direct communication with the Franchisee Corporate partners and social media channels. This role will require travel 40% of the time within the state of Florida.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field required.

 Proven experience with working on multiple projects at one time.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Thorough understanding of market developments, marketing strategies, and practices

 Experience in digital/social media management

 Experience with media, production, and corresponding agencies

 Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 Strong supervisory and leadership skills

 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media platforms, Canva, and or related applications null
