Encompass Onsite LLC Talent Acquisition Specialist in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

NATURE OF WORK

Use your charisma, energy, and drive by recruiting to fill our hiring funnel with the best and brightest candidates, applying leading our Talent (Human Resources) practices to provide a client-oriented superior workforce. Responsible for hiring strong candidates into a variety of positions by actively recruiting out in the field. Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting job candidates; advising managers; and actively seeking out networking opportunities within our industry as you anticipate and meet the evolving need to deliver the best talent to our organization. A major contributor to the growth of the company providing talent that makes this company successful in the long term, and a rewarding place to be. You will be expected to be the chief advocate telling potential recruits the story of our company, who we are and where we are going, and ultimately why they need to join our team. You will be the driver for recruiting the top 10% of candidates within this industry.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multisite,

  • multi-language organization

  • Partner with managers to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.

  • Work to attract the top 10% of workers within this industry.

  • Conduct first interviews of potential candidates.

  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.

  • Ensure timeliness of the recruitment process

  • Organize and participate in new hire orientation.

  • Maintain career opportunities listing on the Encompass Onsite website.

  • Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates to build our talent pool.

  • Proactive in proposing big-picture solutions.

  • Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes

  • Experience in mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources

  • Actively locate and document where to find ideal candidates in the field.

  • Excellent Time Management skills

  • High energy with the ability to multi-task and in a fast-paced environment 

  • Social perceptiveness and professionalism

  • Office technology (Microsoft Office programs, basic web, Office 365) 

  • Administrative and organizational skills, Able to use multiple programs at once

  • Other Talent related duties as assigned by the Director or Employment Manager 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years of previous experience in recruitment

  • Bi-lingual English/ Spanish a must, (Conversation Creole a plus)

  • Valid Florida Driver’s license

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Must have the use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate.

  • No significant standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, or kneeling.

  • Some reaching, sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, crawling, and handling.

  • Travel required to events and service sites as needed
