ManTech Cybersecurity Exercise Planner III in Fort Meade, Maryland

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cybersecurity Exercise Planner III to join our team in Ft. Meade , MD .
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Planning, developing, leading, facilitating/orchestrating, executing, and assessing cyber exercises.
Developing exercise plans and plans utilizing relevant policies, directives and doctrines to develop and execute custom, realistic, scenario-based exercises to test the effectiveness of cyberspace operations tools, processes, and procedures.
Coordinating and facilitating requirement gathering and work with stakeholders and process owners to define and document required cyberspace operations process evaluations.
Drafting and maintaining exercise life cycle documents including after-action reporting, lessons learned, and processing improvement plans that incorporate recommendations and modifications to cyberspace operations plans, processes, and protocols.
Supervising and mentoring subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff.
Basic qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related discipline and nine (9) years of position-specific relevant experience.
Experience with JPP, JOPES or APEX planning formats.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience briefing senior military or civilian leaders.
Experience facilitating large scale events with many participants.
Industry relevant certifications such as SAMS, SAASS or JAWS. Proficient with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.
Security clearance requirement:
- Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and/or maintain a polygraph.
Physical requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
