-Conduct, behavior and actions in accordance with Oxco core values of Caring, Creativity, Determination, Dependability and Teamwork - Utilize computerized warehouse management systems (WMS), radio frequency (RF) scanners and barcodes to process customer orders, receive product and relocate items throughout the warehouse - Stage raw materials from the warehouse to the production line - Consolidates and stores raw and finished goods in their proper locations - Safely storing material and supplies - Quality inspection of incoming and outgoing orders - Perform cycle counts on raw and / or finished inventory and participate in all scheduled physical Inventories - Shrink wrap machine to prepare finished goods for shipment - Transport completed production into warehouse or staging areas for shipment to customers - Use bar code scanner to properly record storage locations - Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and working areas including the outside perimeter of the building around docks, common areas and landscaping - Assist in the training of new employees as directed by leadership team - Identify and communicate any safety concerns and report any property damage - Perform and document daily forklift (PIT) and equipment inspections - Flexibility to train and work in multiple areas - Raise any issues or concerns that arise day to day work to the Supervisor, Plant Manager, or President - Other duties as assigned
