Viaero Wireless Admin Support Specialist in Fort Morgan, Colorado

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree is preferred. Vocational training plus relevant experience can be substituted for college degree. High proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook, Database Systems Position requires an individual with strong organizational skills who is accurate, self-motivated, timely, and detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet hard deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and other departments Experience interfacing with executive leadership is desirable Demonstrated attention to detail, thoroughness, and patience Ability to multi-task at a high level Ability to draft professional letters, emails, and other correspondence Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, ever-changing environment Ability to learn and adapt to new software and computer systems Highly organized and methodical Exceptional time management skills and a positive attitude Must be at least 21, have a valid driver s license, and have the ability to pass all pre-employment processes, including substance screen, motor vehicle record check, and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with various departments on assignments Organize and schedule meetings and events, booking meeting rooms and arranging travel and accommodations Prepare correspondence, documentation, and other materials Answer phone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate party Receive mail and packages from USPS, FedEx, UPS, and couriers; deliver mail to the proper recipient Prepare mailings and packages for delivery Take detailed notes during meetings or type/transcribe and edit memos and notes provided from meetings Prepare paper copies, faxes, and other documentation Order, purchase, and invoice company office supplies Oversee office supply stock to ensure resources are available when needed Prepare, organize, and store information, file documents, and maintain filing systems Maintaining an efficient, productive, and positive office culture Perform other duties as assigned
