Viaero Wireless Tech System Support Specialist in Fort Morgan, Colorado

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required, Associates Degree preferred 2 years Customer Service experience required Superior customer service and troubleshooting skills Intermediate or advanced skill with Microsoft Excel Working knowledge of PC and MS applications Strong organization and time management skills Good problem solving, critical thinking abilities and attention to detail Effective written and oral communication skills Exceptional stress management skills and abilities Valid driver's license and ability to pass all pre-employment checks, including substance screening, criminal background and motor vehicle record checks

Based in Fort Morgan, CO you will be a superuser of our point-of-sale system, assisting Viaero team members with all forms of system support. You'll also perform testing of new system functions and work with upgrades. In this role, you're a vital part of keeping the sales business flowing, a truly critical member of the team.
