Major responsibilities
Handle telephone calls
Greet and direct visitors
Perform word processing, filing and faxing
Assist other employees with diverse projects Requirements - Ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Expertise in Microsoft Word
Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Outlook experience
At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
