Insight Global Senior Compensation Analyst in Fort Myers, Florida

Job Description

As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of the university's compensation programs to ensure internal equity and competitiveness with the external market. Previous executive compensation experience and TCC is required. We are looking for someone who relishes making spreadsheets/forecasting compensation/creating pivot tables and has experience with high level data analysis to make recommendations, reports, and decks. We are looking for a compensation professional that will help create decks for positions and create work/data that will feed up into executives, You will help with year-end processes, bonus cycles, analysis of job structure/categories, and conducting research to provide insight & information to similar organizations to the board of trustees. Operating as an internal consultant, you will provide expertise and guidance to university partners to help them achieve their business goals.

Skills and Requirements

· Sr Level Compensation analyst experience

· Previous executive compensation experience

· TCC Experience (Total Compensation experience)

· Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, pivot tables, data analysis, Surveys, base/bonus/ other programs

· Experience with Job analysis and determining appropriate salary and compensation

· Experience analyzing and making salary adjustment recommendations for reclassifications, temporary additional duties or interim appointments, market adjustments etc.

· Experience with salary surveys by accurately benchmarking jobs, gathering data, and submitting surveys to providers within deadlines.

· Experience preparing ad hoc compensation data requests and reporting

· Experience working with large # of employees varying in job titles/experience/ etc.

· Experience with Compa ratios in excel

· Experience with complex organization design/divisions to provide compensation analysis at various levels

Experience with compliance Sr comp Analyst that has experience working with public compensation, programming decks that go to a public board of directors for approval!! null
