Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Job Description
In this role, you will be tasked with client intake and eligibility determination for programs and financial assistance. Your primary responsibility will be processing utility assistance mail-in applications and walk-in applications. This entails data entry of client information into multiple systems and processing applications. You will also be responsible for handling walk-ins, reviewing application paperwork, advising clients, and passing complete applications to the Scanning team. Furthermore, you will organize, scan, and file applications. Using a dual monitor, you will enter scanned application information into two different databases, contact clients regarding missing or unclear information on the application, and mail final notifications. Collaboration with various departments and attendance at staff meetings will also be a part of your role.

Work Environment
This position is based in an office environment. Working hours are Monday - Friday from 8am -5pm, with limited over time. The dress code is business casual, with jeans permitted only on Fridays
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50
