- Manage administrative housing processes such as, housing applications, room assignments, contract cancellations, room changes, and enrollment verification
- Assist in the coordination of transition of student housing assignments between semesters.
- Work with campus groups for early arrivals and late departures.
- responsible for key and electronic building access management.
- Assists in the development of communication to students including email, social media, and physical signage on topics such as room assignments, move-in, and closing days.
- Supervise and train student employees.
- Assess and administer student housing fees and perform routine fee audits.
- Prepare weekly report of occupancy statistics.
- Coordinate communication with residents who are not enrolled and who have not paid fees and work with other university offices to determine their students' status.
- Serve as the departmental representative at open houses, campus orientations, and recruitment events.
- Represent Student Housing on division and campus-wide committees, initiatives, etc.

- A Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Some working knowledge of student housing management systems.
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Previous higher education work experience.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work some nights and weekends.
