We are actively seeking a LPN for a Telephonic Triage Nurse for a leading specialty organization. This organization is one of the largest nephrology physician practices in the US, providing top-tier care to patients with kidney disease and supporting treatment plans for the best quality of life. With over 170 physicians and nurse practitioners, they serve thousands of patients, and their demand continues to rapidly increase.
Position Details:
Role: Telephonic Triage Nurse
Location: Fort Wayne
Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday (No weekends or holidays)
Environment: Clinical office-based
Qualifications:
Active RN or LPN license
2+ years of nursing experience in a specialty unit or physician office
Experience in supporting patients and physicians
Nephrology, Dialysis, or Cardiology is preferred
