Actalent Construction Quality Control Manager in Fort Worth, Texas

Description:

  • Responsible for coordinating, overseeing and documenting the quality control program on field projects

  • Identifying, analyzing, and developing improvements in productivity, client relationships, and customer service

  • Responsible for coordination and execution of site work, overseeing and documenting the quality control and safety programs on projects

  • Complete daily documentation requirements including reports and photos

  • Monitor work performance and productivity of trades to ensure project specifications, procedures, quality, and safety requirements are maintained

  • Submit Daily QC report to client and distribute to project team

  • Plan the work schedule, determination of appropriate manpower levels, materials/quantities (and quality thereof), and equipment requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field. In lieu of a degree, experience will be taken into consideration.

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in direct quality control management and minimum 5 years of direct Federal DoD construction experience.

  • Proficient in the use of NAVFAC eCMS and USACE RMS for reporting.

  • Must have current CQM certificate through USACE

  • Must have strong ability to read and interpret project design documents including project drawings and specifications.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

  • Working knowledge of Procore Project Management Software is a Plus
