Description We are offering an opportunity for a LabVIEW Developer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. The role involves developing and implementing LabVIEW software to support data acquisition and control systems used to test aircraft gearboxes. This position is based on-site and will not include any authorized travel expenses. It offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement LabVIEW software to support data acquisition and control systems

• Collaborate with instrumentation engineers and technicians to design, fabricate, maintain, and troubleshoot data acquisition systems

• Provide accurate project status reporting

• Work comfortably with parallel loops, TCP/IP, object-oriented programming, and message handling

• Utilize Microsoft C# programming experience in the Microsoft Visual Studio .NET development studio environment

• Manage Microsoft SQL server database development and administration

• Ensure good verbal and written communication skills

• Display proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Work in a team environment to support the Drive Systems Test Lab

• Provide support for the structural test lab when required. Requirements • Proficiency in LabVIEW development and related software tools

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong skills in reporting and expense reporting

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Ability to provide workstation support and troubleshoot technical issues

• Understanding of computer sciences and .NET Framework

• Excellent written communication skills

• Familiarity with Visual Studio and real-time development environments

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Project Status tracking

• Knowledge of IP Protocol, TCP and MATLAB

• Understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP)

• Experience with instrumentation in a lab setting
