TEKsystems Manufacturing Sales Manager in Fort Worth, Texas

Description

As Sales manager you will drive business growth by understanding customer requirements, providing tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships.

As Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in promoting our manufacturing capabilities, addressing client challenges and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets.

What we will ask of you:

• Collaborate with customers to develop solutions that meet their specifications and budgets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth.

• Ensure that our customer base is fully informed of our offering, by developing and distributing marketing material

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.

• Prepare and manage proposals, quotations and documentation for clients.

• Deal with outbound and inbound calls, promptly and professionally.

• Track and report on sales performance using CRM tools and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or min 5 years equivalent experience in sales is also acceptable.

• A proven track record in sales, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Experience with different sales methodologies (e.g. B2B, B2C, retail).

• Prior experience in leading a sales team, mentoring and setting sales strategies.

• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and business plans.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.

• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and results driven.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00
