Adecco US, Inc. Medical Biller in Fort Worth, Texas

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Medical Biller role with a local client in Fort Worth, TX. Pay is: $17/hr. - $25/hr.

Duties:

  • Accurately assess and address inquiries related to authorizations, eligibility, benefits, and programs.

  • Resolve administrative issues and discrepancies through research and review.

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and preferences within online database.

  • Consistently deliver professional and courteous service to all customers.

  • Adhere to strict privacy regulations and protect patient health information.

  • Think critically, solve problems effectively, and follow established procedures.

  • Meet department productivity and performance goals, including regular attendance.

  • Participate in training, development opportunities, and flexible assignments.

  • Responsible for general aspects of billing and payment collection.

Qualifications:

  • Need to be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to maintain patient confidentiality.

  • Proficient with electronic medical records and have a foundational understanding of the coding system used in the facility.

  • In-depth understanding of billing software, electronic medical records, and medical codes.

  • Certified Professional Biller (CPB) is desired but not required.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour
