We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell V-280 Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless, and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold tiltrotor. This position is onsite in Fort Worth as an individual contributor.

Senior Sales and Strategy Manager

We have an opening in our Fort Worth, TX headquarters for a Senior Sales and Strategy Manager to support Bell in thedevelopment, engagement, and shaping of new US military business opportunities.As a Senior Sales and Strategy Manager, you will report to the Vice President, Naval Sales and Strategy and work across the Bell and Textron Enterprises tohelp us seek out and develop new business opportunities. This position will also assist in building strategic plans to effectively conduct pursuit and capture campaigns.

What you’ll be doing as a Senior Sales and Strategy Manager

  • Lead the development and execution of business strategies and objectives focused on the naval services.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the naval services sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the naval services community.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals and capture plans.

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to business development teams.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

  • Drive the growth and expansion of the company's presence within the naval services market.

Qualifications

Skills You Bring To this Role

  • Strong understanding of naval services operations, requirements, and procurement processes.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written.

  • Ability to build and deliver compelling presentations to senior leaders and naval services stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business development tools.

  • Familiarity with U.S. Government guidelines and contracting processes.

  • Must be a well-organized strategic thinker and planner.

  • Experience operating in a highly dynamic, complex, and deadline-intensive environment.

What you need to be successful

  • 20 years in Military Leadership, Program Leadership, Business Development/Marketing & Sales, or Quality Leadership.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.

  • Possession of or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level Security Clearance is required.

  • Prior naval officer experience; O-6 or higher USMC is preferred.

  • Prior naval aviator experience; Instructor pilot is preferred.

  • Prior foreign service as an LNO or Attaché is preferred.

  • In depth understating of Naval Aviation Training.
