Description
We are in search of a Sr. Developer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. Your main role will be to support our team and stakeholders in maintaining and enhancing our loyalty applications and services within the IT industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop services for loyalty applications by gathering and understanding business requirements.
• Perform application development using Java, React, Angular, HTTP, CSS, XML, XSLT, and XPATH languages.
• Ensure test-driven development to maintain the quality and performance of applications.
• Incorporate DevOps principles into all development work to improve collaboration and productivity.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to prevent disruptions in service.
• Maintain IT hygiene for loyalty applications to ensure systems are functioning optimally.
• Incorporate any new security standards that may be required to protect customer data.
• Resolve production issues, provide bug fixes, and solve identified problems in application code.
• Follow Agile and Scrum software development methodologies during project development and communication.
• Use tools/platforms such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Kubernetes to manage and optimize development processes.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Oracle, Cloud Technologies, and Java is mandatory
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with CSS, GitHub, XML Technologies, and React
• Must have experience with Web App and Application Development
• Ability to work with Sprint Framework, REST API, and other Frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related field
• Knowledge of Software Development principles and their application
• Experience with Laptop Hardware and Processor technologies
• Ability to prepare Business Requirement Documents
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to understand and write specifications for software development
