Great 6 month+ opportunity to work with a supplier of custom pharmaceuticals that does formulation development, clinical trials, QA, regulatory, solid dose manufacturing, liquid manufacturing.

Technical Writer

  • Shift: 8am-5pm M-F

  • Pay: $25-28/hr

  • Length: 6-12 months (possibly longer)

Technical Writer

  • Creating and reviewing technical documents, including SOPs, equipment documentation, and other supporting materials.

  • Responsible for issuing and managing document change controls to ensure efficiency and compliance.

  • Working with the Technical Services team, creating and reviewing SOPs, documentation, working with a manufacturing company.

  • Interact with technical associates, leads, and subject matter experts (SMEs) from other departments and divisions to create and revise GMP documents, such as procedures for cleaning manufacturing and packaging equipment.

  • Prepare, write, update, and maintain manufacturing SOPs and FORMs where applicable, including the preparation of any forms or attachments that may accompany the SOP.

  • Effective skills in all areas of communication, collaboration, and decision-making.

  • Ability to create standard operating procedures as well as other supporting documentation as needed.

Minimum Education/ Experience:

  • Degree (BA/BS) in a technology-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, etc.). preferred

  • At least 2-5 years of technical writing experience years in a cGMP manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
